Terms and Conditions

1. All packages mu be properly labelled and accompanied by a valid invoice.

2. Probhibited or ristricted items (firearms, narcotics, perishable items, etc will not be accepted.

3. Customers are to ensure that all items shipped comply with customs regulationsin both origin and destination countries.

4. All shipments are subjected to inspection and duties by the Jamaican Customs.

5. customers are expected to pick up packages within 7 business of notification (READY FOR PICKUP), storage fee may apply after this period.

6. All packaged must be paid in full before the release of any shipment.

7. accepted payment methods (cash, bank transfer, debit or credit cards.

8. packages not claimed within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed qat the company’s descretion.

9. no refund will be issued for abandoned or confiscated items.
